Things to do in Kansas City Metro-Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting.  Ring in the holiday season with the lighting of the Mayor’s Christmas tree at Crown Center on November 26th.

The Mayor’s Christmas Tree is one of the nation’s largest and is in place and dedicated to assisting the city’s less fortuante.  I did not know that after the end of the season, the Mayor’s Christmas tree is made into commemorative ornaments which are sold to benefit the fund.

The tree lighting will take place at the Crown Center square on November 26th at 5:30 pm..

Hard to believe that the holiday season is already here.  It is always great to drive by and see the beautiful Mayor’s Christmas Tree during the holiday season.  Just one more of the great things to do in the Kansas City Metro.
